American Eagles Closing in April 2011

February 22, 2011

American Eagles is a hobby and game store in Seattle that has been in operation for 42 years. I learned today from the Seattle Times newspaper the store is closing this April.

In addition to a huge inventory of models, train supplies and miniatures, American Eagles has carried a large selection of old games in mint condition. Many older roleplaying modules in original shrinkwrap were available for years. I have acquired a quantity of Car Wars items from American Eagles since the 1990s.

Farewell, old friend. Thank you for many great memories and games.
